Does Beyonce's Pregnancy Signal The End Of Slay Age?

Hours earlier,  Beyonce took to her Instagram page to announce her second pregnancy - her first with twins.

No information has escaped the Beyonce camp as to when she is due for delivery or what the gender of the babies are.

Does revealing this information signal a slow down in her career pace especially after releasing the highly critical 'Lemonade' opus and embarking on 2016's highest grossing tour -'The Formation World Tour' - which ended in October of last year?

In 2011, shortly after releasing her '4' album, Beyonce fell pregnant. And while under the radar during this period, performed her lead single 'Run The World' off the '4' album at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards. Following that feat, she, during her 'Love On Top' performance at the 2011 VMA revealed her baby bump to the delight of many on social media.

The '4' album would later go down as her least commercially successful album. This was mostly due to a lack of promotion and public appearances. On the contrary, 'Lemonade' is less likely to suffer such fate considering the fact that it has been nearly 10 months since its release,. Her pregnancy may or may not lead to a spike in sales of the 'Lemonade' album, but the birth of the twins will surely lead to sales bumps.

Beyonce is one of the headliners at this year's Coachella concert scheduled for April, and is also billed to perform at this year's Grammy awards on February 12. Does this pregnancy mean a 'no show' to these upcoming event?  No one truly knows. But it is very possible that she will go ahead and perform as she is not new in that department anymore. prior to the birth of Blue Ivy, Beyonce performed for four nights in Vegas heavily pregnant.

Before now,  there has been rumours of a joint album with husband Jay Z.  What might this mean if such album already exists?  Would it be shelved in the archives of unreleased songs or would Jay Z go ahead to release the album just for TIDAL's sake?

Whatever happens,  we stay quite certain that Beyonce got this all covered. It might be safe to say that she knew exactly when she needed to get pregnant.

Review: Kanye West's 'Ultralight Beam.'

‘Ultralight Beam’ is a song recorded by American rapper and fashion mogul Kanye West.   It features efforts from The Dream, Kelly Price, Chance The Rapper and Kirk Franklin. Charged with black power and choral performance, ‘Ultralight Beam’ stands bold and fearless, yet gentle to the touch with its message that takes on issues as suppression, hope, faith and resilience  that form the block of ‘Life Of Pablo’ album.    'Ultralight Beam' is a Gospel in its arrangement and instrumentation that seamlessly infuses jazz flavours accentuated through resounding horns.   What really sets the pace on ‘Ultralight Beam’ remains its subtlety in the way it gives room for each act to vocally express themselves. The track sets off on the zestful vocals of 4 years old Natalie Green, culled from a YouTube video that sees Green pray for her family shortly before they embark on a journey. The infusion of Green's vocals easily buys the emotions of the listener, first w
